Step 1 · Birth details

Start: enter a birth chart

Date, time and city of birth are all the engine needs. The clock time is turned into true solar time for that city automatically. Nothing here requires an account.

Clock time; true solar time is computed for you.

Time policy: the clock time on the birth certificate is converted to true solar time for the birth city: its time zone on that date (daylight saving and past changes included), its longitude, and the equation of time. Singapore is the default.
