Your data is yours. You typed it in, and you can remove it at any time. This site has no sign-up, so it holds no account, password or email address for you.
What we store
Only what you type or upload into a workspace:
- for each person: a name or label, sex, date of birth, birth time, and a birth city if you choose one
- the relationship label you set for a pair of people
- the homes you add: a name, the rooms you mark on a plan, who you assign to them, and any floor plan image you upload
- baby names you save to a shortlist, with the surname, sex, date and time of birth you entered for the baby
- your language choice
Nothing else goes into a workspace.
Where it lives
A workspace sits behind an unguessable link. Anyone who has that link can read and change the workspace, so treat the link like a key. Sharing the link shares access.
The data sits with our hosting providers. The workspace record is in Upstash Redis. Uploaded floor plan images are in Vercel Blob storage, each at its own random address that anyone holding it can open.
How long we keep it
A workspace is deleted from our server about six months after the last change to it. Every change restarts that clock.
That timer removes the workspace record. It does not remove uploaded floor plan images. Those are removed when you delete the workspace, or the home they belong to.
Delete it yourself
Open your workspace, find Delete this workspace near the bottom, and confirm. That removes the workspace record and every floor plan you uploaded. It cannot be undone.

The link code is the last part of your workspace link.
If you have lost your link, we cannot find your workspace for you, because it holds nothing that says whose it is.
No AI model reads your data
No reading is written by an AI model. The engine is deterministic and runs on our server. Your workspace data is not sent to any AI model, and not to anyone else for training or generation.
Analytics
bazifor.me pages load Vercel Web Analytics, which counts visits to pages. The script loads only on bazifor.me. We send it no names, birth data or floor plans, and it is kept apart from your workspace record. Like any script on a page, it can see that page's address. A workspace address contains your private link, so before any event is sent we replace that link with a placeholder: the analytics service receives "/w/[token]", never the link itself.
What we cannot do
We cannot tell whose a workspace is, so we cannot find yours without its link. We cannot bring back a deleted workspace. Anyone with your link has access, so a shared link is shared access.
