Your BaZi chart, your home's feng shui and your baby's name, computed from the classical rules

Enter a birth date and time, a floor plan, or a surname. The engine runs the traditional rules and shows which rule produced each line, so you can check it.

What you get

Four tools, one engine. Each result shows its working, with the rule beside every line.

PersonalBaZi reading

Your four pillars, Day Master (日主), useful elements (用神), ten-year luck cycles and the timing windows that follow, each line with the rule that produced it. Add up to eight family members and compare.

Start a reading
Example reading for the fictional person 王大明: the four pillars as a seal, the opening line and a watercolour of garden soil in spring

HouseHome feng shui audit

Upload the floor plan, set the facing, trace the rooms. You get the Flying Stars (玄空飛星) chart, the Eight Mansions (八宅) fit for each person, and a room-by-room score for an HDB flat or condominium.

Audit your home
Example home feng shui result for a sample flat: the How to read this card, the traced plan with nine rooms and a facing dial reading 131.5 degrees, beside the nine-palace Flying Stars chart

DirectionsKua number

Birth date and sex give your Kua number, counted from the Start of Spring (立春) year boundary. The page shows your four favourable and four unfavourable directions for the bed and the desk.

Find your Kua number
Example Kua number result for a fictional man: Kua 3 in the East group, and the compass of eight directions with the favourable ones in green and the unfavourable ones in red

NameBaby name builder

From the baby's chart to a scored shortlist: useful elements, Kangxi (康熙) stroke counts, the Five Grids (五格), meaning, sound-alikes in Mandarin and English, and a printable name card.

Build a name
Example baby name card for the fictional name 王禄婷: the name with its useful-element tags, a possible reading of the name, and the five-part score bars

How it works

Three steps, the same for every tool.

Enter the inputs

A birth date, time and place. Or a floor plan photo and the facing direction. Or a surname and the baby's birth data.

The engine runs the rules

True solar time, the Start of Spring year boundary, Flying Stars by period and facing, Eight Mansions by Kua number, Kangxi strokes for names. Fixed rules, no guesswork.

Read the result with its citations

Every line names the classical rule behind it. Your workspace stays behind a private link that only you hold.

Why trust it

No testimonials here. These are the claims the site stands on, and you can test each one.

DeterministicThe same birth data or floor plan always gives the same result. Run it twice and compare.
Every line cites its ruleEach output line names the classical rule it applies, with an id a practitioner can check.
No account, private by defaultWorkspaces live behind an unguessable link, are never listed and are used for nothing else.
No AI-written readingsThe text is rule output and hand-written guides. Where schools disagree, the engine records its choice and marks it as disputed.

The home engine reproduced a paid professional audit to the digit: 27 of 27 flying-star palace numbers and 32 of 32 directional assignments. That was one home and one audit. See how it was checked. Read the full method and meet the author.

Built for any birth city

The rules are classical. The time is yours.

  • Pick the birth country and city. The engine uses that city's time zone on the birth date, daylight saving and past changes included, and its longitude to compute true solar time.
  • The home tool works from your floor plan, whether a flat, a condominium or a house: main-door facing, lift lobbies, bay windows and shared walls.
  • English first, with the Chinese term shown once, so a bilingual family can read the same page together. Sixteen guides are available in English and Chinese.

Questions people ask first

Is bazifor.me free?

Yes. The BaZi reading, the home feng shui audit, the Kua number calculator and the baby name builder are free, with no account and no sign-up.

Do I need an account to keep my results?

No. Your workspace lives behind an unguessable private link. Keep the link to come back to it; nothing is listed or shared.

Is the reading written by AI?

No. Every line is the output of a fixed classical rule, and the guides are hand-written. No generative AI writes any reading, and the same inputs always give the same result.

Does it predict events?

No. The engine computes classical structures such as the four pillars, the useful elements and the Flying Stars of a home, and states their traditional reading. It does not forecast events.

Does it work for births outside Singapore?

Yes. Pick the birth country and city, and the engine uses that city's time zone on the birth date, daylight saving and past changes included, and its longitude to compute true solar time. Singapore is only the default.

Learn the rules the engine uses

Sixteen plain-language guides, each with the same facts the engine computes.
